"Amazing!Amazing! Amazing! We took 09 Nights and 10 Days Grand Himachal Couple Tour Package from Shashwat Holidays. The Package (Delhi to Delhi pick up and drop) included Shimla, Kufri, Manikaran, Atal Tunnel, Solang Valley, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Amritsar. Mr. Dhruv Vyas, the owner of Shashwat Holidays arranged our trip plan in such a systematic way that it proved to be so pleasing and exciting for us. And what to say about the hotels !!!! The hotels booked for us were outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotels, the natural scenery around the hotels and the mesmerizing and enchanting view from the room balcony, the food and services at the hotels, all these had their own charm and they were excellent. And the car which was provided to us for moving around the place and travelling to different cities !!! It was a recent purchased car so the seating experience was comfortable and pleasing. Moreover, Mr. Arjunbhai, our driver (it would be improper to address him as a driver as far as his services are concerned) was very punctual and a decent gentleman. He never smoked and never did anything which hampers our comfort. He remained with us from Delhi pick up to Delhi drop not only as a driver but as a true and loyal guide cum friend. Wherever certain marvellous sights appeared he himself asked us if we wish to stop there and take memorable pictures at that place. What is more, he extended his helping hand by serving as a photographer and that too free of cost !!! Whenever we got hungry on the way he took us at proper places to take refreshments and meal as per our demands (as we are pure vegetarian). Mr. Dhruv Vyas had arranged everything in such a way that we never had any trouble during our tour. He remained in touch through telephone and WhatsApp throughout the trip irrespective of day or night. Whenever we called Mr. Dhruv Vyas for any information, he instantly picked up the calls and responded to our inquiry in a pleasant and satisfactory way. Even at 11:55 pm, (our flight was at midnight) he was asking us if we board in the plane or not, and if there are any troubles. So I would say that Mr. Dhruv Vyas from Shashwat Holidays never at any point of time sounded "professional". Rather he remained with us (virtually) like a family member. All in all, it was very excing wonderful pleasing and comfortable trip for us and it will always be a lovely memory for us. Thank you so much Mr. Dhruv Vyas and his Shashwat Holidays team for provided us such an amazing service. I would fail in my duty if I would not refer Shashwat Holidays to anybody in my contact asking for a holiday tour. Once again thank you so much. ."
